Program Description
Permanent supportive housing for singles and families who are homeless and have a disability whether for substance abuse, developmental, mental health or physical. Working with area emergency shelters, we move the most vulnerable homeless families into safe, affordable housing.
Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Eligibility Requirements
None, but we assess each family and those with the most health and safety risks are served first.
Cost of Service
$600 for utility and maintenance deposit collected over a period of 6 months. Also, must pay a portion of utility bill monthly.
